“I am excited and honored to be part of the East Ridge community and help support and grow the outstanding activities, athletics and clubs that have developed over the years. I have always enjoyed working with and helping students follow their interests, hobbies and passions outside of the classroom to reach their full potential, along with building a strong sense of belonging and community feel,” said Palodichuk.

She says she looks forward to building a culture of trust and accountability so all students at East Ridge High School feel proud and are validated for who they are as individuals.
