School Board Policies

The following school board policies were developed using the Minnesota School Board Association's policy services. The School Board and Administration of District 833 approved policies that reflect the philosophies and beliefs of this organization. A number of policies are mandatory to meet the requirements of state or federal law.

School board policy manuals inform the community on a variety of issues such as internal school board operations, student conduct, investments and use of school district facilities and equipment. The level of detail in policy is dependent upon the complexity of the subject matter and the philosophy of the school board. Policies are in place for all members of the school community.
